Endorsing Growth & Change

A Guide to Moving Forward with Your Supports

Growth and change are natural parts of life. As we learn more about ourselves, our goals, and our needs, it’s important that our supports grow and change with us.

If you have received a new NDIS plan from 2024 onwards, your plan may now be managed through the updated PACE system. With this change, providers must be formally endorsed as “My Provider” before they can begin delivering supports.

While change can sometimes feel unfamiliar, it is also an opportunity to make sure your supports reflect your goals, your strengths, and your direction.

Taking the Next Step: Endorsing Your Provider

You, or your Plan Nominee, will need to contact the NDIS to endorse Growth & Change as your chosen provider.

You can call the NDIS on 1800 800 110.

You can say:

“Could you please endorse Growth and Change Pty Ltd as my new provider for Positive Behaviour Support, Support Coordination or Therapy Services?”

Growth and Change Pty Ltd NDIS Provider Registration Number:
4053487570
