Ashley Lane
Ashley Lane is the Director of Growth and Change PBS and an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong background supporting vulnerable young people and individuals living with disability. With experience across child protection, residential care, and forensic disability settings, Ashley is passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred support that empowers individuals to achieve meaningful growth and positive change.

Emma is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in psychology and experience across behaviour support, specialist support coordination, autism-specific education, and community support roles since 2020. Passionate about person-centred and trauma-informed practice, Emma takes a holistic, strengths-based approach to helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes. Drawing on both professional and lived experience with disability, she is committed to creating safe, respectful, and supportive environments for individuals and families.

Sam Taylor is an experienced Specialist Support Coordinator with over 10 years of experience working across the disability sector in both the UK and Australia. Sam has extensive expertise supporting participants with highly complex needs through tailored and responsive coordination.
Throughout his career, Sam has worked across complex mental health, forensic mental health, and youth justice settings, helping participants navigate challenging systems and build sustainable supports. He has collaborated closely with key agencies including DCP, ENU, ISP, and OPA to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Sam is passionate about working alongside participants, families, and service providers to strengthen supports, improve outcomes, and promote greater stability and independence for people with complex support needs.

Jacqueline Miller is an experienced Specialist Support Coordinator with over six years of experience supporting individuals with complex needs. With a background in complex mental health, forensic settings, and child protection, Jacqueline takes a practical, person-centred approach focused on achieving meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
Holding a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences from the University of Adelaide, Jacqueline has worked closely with key stakeholders including the Department for Child Protection, the Office of the Public Advocate, and Corrections. She is passionate about building strong relationships with participants and providers to support greater independence, stability, and positive outcomes.

Cath is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 30 years of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals across the UK and Australia. Her diverse experience has shaped a practice grounded in genuine curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for the people she supports.
Cath is passionate about collaborative, non-judgemental practice that centres the individual’s voice while strengthening the capacity of families and support teams. She is driven by helping people live more freely and authentically through thoughtful, evidence-based support.
